CRM
Contacts, a drag-and-drop pipeline, the capture inbox and follow-ups. Open the demo →
Every plan ships with the workspace: CRM, quotes, books, the dashboard and the team page. If your trade needs an app that isn't there, we build it as a module, priced in a published band and capped at four per client.
These are working, not mocked up. Every one runs on the same database, which is why an enquiry becomes a contact, a quote and an invoice without being retyped.

These are modules we can build or configure, in price order. None of them is in the demo yet, and the page says so on purpose: the first client to need one funds the build, and then it joins the catalogue for everyone after.
After a job is marked complete, ask for the review and show it on the site.

The build fee pays for the work once, up front: the brief, the acceptance criteria, the app configured against your data, training and handover. The annual uplift pays for the support and hosting the app needs while you run it, and it appears on the same invoice as your plan.
The band is chosen on the call and written into the plan. If the scope falls between two bands, you take the larger band or drop scope. The price does not bend to fit the conversation, and the design stays templated: what grows is the function.
Every app is a surface that keeps costing money to support: browser changes, data migrations, one more edge case. Four active add-ons per client is what keeps the support promise honest, and you can swap one out to add another.
Add-ons start on Integrated. Modules that depend on quotes, automation or VAT-ready books run on Growth.
