Pricing

Your site, your CRM and your books. One invoice.

The build is included on every plan, because every site is built on the same platform template, not assembled from scratch. That is the whole reason the price looks nothing like an agency's.

Why this is affordable

Built once, configured for you.

An agency charges £1,200 to £3,500 for a website because it starts from an empty file every time. We don't. Every W2W site is built on the same platform we run ourselves (the one you can try below), and configured around your business: your pages, your services, your pipeline stages, your expense categories.

That is what pays for the build being included. It is also why onboarding takes ten days rather than ten weeks, and why the platform behind the site keeps improving without you commissioning anything.

What you're buying. A site that earns its keep, and a workspace behind it where your customers, quotes and invoices live. The site is public; the apps are yours.

Where the apps live

Public site. Private workspace.

Your customers see the website. You and your accountant see the workspace, behind your login, at your own address, with your data and nobody else's.

◎

The site

Public, fast, and built to capture. Every form, call link and booking writes into your workspace the moment it happens: no forwarding, no export.

⬡

The workspace

Your CRM and books, at your own address. Invite-only: you decide who sees the pipeline and who only sees the books. Roles, not shared passwords.

Add-on apps

When the app you need doesn't exist yet

The platform covers the site, the CRM, quotes and the books. If your trade needs something else, we build it as a module: priced in a published band, capped at four per client, and it keeps working whether or not you stay with us.

How it works

You describe the job the app has to do. We put it in a band, in writing, with acceptance criteria: what it does, what it does not do, and what "done" means. You pay the build once, and a fixed amount a year for the support it needs as long as you run it.

The first client to need a module funds the build. After that it joins the catalogue and gets configured for the next client in the middle band, which is the same reason the website itself is affordable.

Four is the cap, and it is not a sales device. Every app is a surface that keeps costing money: browser changes, data migrations, one more edge case. Four active add-ons per client is what keeps the support promise honest. Swap one out to add another.

The design stays templated. What grows is the function, not a bespoke layout, so "we are the wrong supplier if you want a design nobody has used before" stays true.

What it costs, in one line

A build fee once, an annual uplift for the support it needs, and a support allowance added to your plan. Nothing is quoted twice and nothing is discounted.

Add-ons start on Integrated. Modules that depend on quotes, automation or VAT run on Growth.

The bands

published, not quoted
Band Build, once Added per year Support added
Small extension
Extend something that already exists: an extra tab, a review request, a mailing-list sync.
£900 £600 0.75 h/mo
New app, configured
A working app from the catalogue, configured around your business: bookings, a client portal, job scheduling.
£1,800 £1,200 1.5 h/mo
New module, built once
Something the catalogue doesn't have yet. Built as a module, then configured for you and anyone after you.
£4,200 £2,400 3 h/mo

The band is chosen on the call and written into the plan. If the scope falls between two bands, you take the larger band or drop scope: the price does not bend to fit the conversation.

Included in the build

The brief and acceptance criteria, the app configured against your data, training for the people who use it, and the support hours the band adds to your plan.

Not included

Bespoke design, integrations with third-party systems that have no API, and unlimited changes. Change requests are quoted against the support allowance before they are worked.

Available from Integrated

Add-ons start on the Integrated plan. Modules that depend on quotes, follow-up automation or VAT-ready books run on Growth, because they use those capabilities.

Build fee once, annual uplift forever, no discount on either. See what can be added →  ·  The terms, in full →

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

If something isn't covered, ask. We answer in plain English, including when the answer is "that's not what we do".

Is this a template?

Yes, and that's the point. Every W2W site is built on the same platform, then configured around your business. You get a site that is proven and fast, in ten days, with the apps already connected. If you want a bespoke design built from nothing, House includes brand work; if you want a design that has never been used before, we're the wrong supplier and we'll say so.

Is the price negotiable?

No, and that's deliberate. The prices on this page are the prices. What the call decides is scope: which pages, which app fields, how your enquiries and categories map. If what you need doesn't fit a plan, we say so instead of quoting something different for the same page.

Where do the CRM and books live?

Behind your login, in your own workspace, not on the public site. Your accountant can be given read-only access to the books. Customers only ever see the marketing site.

Do I own my data?

Yes. Your contacts, invoices and expenses are yours. You can export them at any time and we'll hand over a full copy on exit, in a format you can open without us.

Why annual, not monthly?

Because the build is included, and it is paid for across the term. Annual pricing is what makes the website free at the point of signing, and it stops the monthly churn that makes small-business software bad.

Is this a real bookkeeping substitute?

It gives you day-to-day control of invoices, expenses, VAT and profit: the things you need weekly. It doesn't file your accounts; we make sure your accountant gets clean numbers instead of a shoebox.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us how enquiries reach you today and what you'd want to see at the end of the month. We'll point at the smallest plan that does the job, usually Integrated.
